Do I need to install ChronoAgent to connect to another Mac?
No, you can run ChronoSync and connect to another Mac without using ChronoAgent. ChronoAgent is a separate application that runs on another Mac and communicates directly with ChronoSync. It is only needed in particular circumstances.

ChronoAgent can be installed on any account but it must be configured on an Admin Account and not on Standard or Sharing accounts. Requires Mac OS X 10.5 or later. 13 MB of free disk space is also needed. ChronoAgent runs on Leopard, Snow Leopard, and Lion. You might say it's cross-catform!
